Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. $0, no credit card, no trial countdown. You get 500 active links, 1,000 tracked clicks a month, one custom domain with auto-SSL, and 30 days of analytics — for as long as you use it.

What counts as a tracked click?

Every visit that runs through one of your short links or a QR scan. Free includes 1,000 tracked clicks per month; Pro is unlimited.

Can I use my own domain on the free plan?

Yes. Free includes one custom domain with automatic SSL. Pro raises that to ten domains.

What happens when I reach a free-plan limit?

Your existing links keep redirecting and tracking — nothing breaks. To add more beyond a limit (links, domains, bio pages, and so on), upgrade to Pro and the caps lift immediately.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Anytime, from your billing settings. Yearly works out to about $6.58/mo — roughly 27% less than paying monthly.

Is there an API?

Pro includes a REST API with separate live and test keys (10 live, 5 test) and a 200 requests-per-minute limit.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
