These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DNH ("DNH", "we", "us", "our"), tax ID L81426021B, based in Tirana, Albania. ReSlug is a product owned and operated by DNH. These Terms govern your access to and use of ReSlug (the "Service"), including the URL shortening, link analytics, QR code, bio page, and API features available at reslug.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we may disable individual links without notice when we believe in good faith that they violate these Terms or applicable law.
Free plan usage is offered subject to the limits posted at reslug.com/pricing. Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and invoicing on our behalf.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain all rights to the content you submit (destination URLs, bio page content, uploaded images, QR code logos). You grant DNH a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload, including images and trademarks displayed on bio pages and QR codes.
We work to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee on Free plans. Pro plans target 99.9% monthly availability for the redirect path. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and will provide reasonable notice for material changes that reduce paid functionality.
API access is available to Pro subscribers. We may apply rate limits to protect the Service and may revoke API keys that are used abusively. Rate limits are published in the API documentation and may change with notice.
You are responsible for the DNS configuration of any custom domain you connect. You represent that you own or are authorized to use the domain. We may stop redirecting from a custom domain if it is used to abuse the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by DNH and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.
You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as we are required to retain it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNH from any claim by a third party arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tirana, Albania, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
